Therapy
My therapeutic approach is rooted in a person-centered lens—meaning I believe you are the expert in your own life, and I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and care. I also draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and intentional awareness practices to help clients explore not only what they’re feeling, but how their thoughts, patterns, and choices are shaping their experience.
Sessions are collaborative, intuitive, and grounded in trust. I won’t come in with a rigid agenda—instead, I’ll meet you where you are, and we’ll move forward together.
When we begin working together, our first session (the intake) is a space to slow down and get oriented. I’ll walk you through what to expect in therapy, share more about my approach and what that might look like in practice, and leave space for any questions or reflections you may have. I do ask that clients come in open and ready to engage—no need to dive deep right away, but I do encourage honesty and a shared investment in the work we’ll do together..
Whether you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or simply ready for a change, I offer a calm, natural space where you can feel grounded, supported, and heard.
